Hello there!

My name is Bethany Stone and I am the owner of The Painted Owl which is an art studio in Grass Lake. I am a mom to three rambunctious boys and a wife to the most caring and supportive guy! I have ALWAYS loved painting, drawing and projects! so it only seems natural for me to own a art studio and make a living at teaching paint workshops and painting custom signs for people!

My brother, Brad Stone, owner of Stone’s One Stop Auto Shop bought the building and opened his mechanic shop. The other half of the building was vacant (it was at one time Curves) and in Jan. of 2016 I decided to take the plunge and open an painting studio! I started off small hosting workshops once or twice a week. Then as things stared rolling I found myself hosting workshops at my studio four times a week along with birthday parties, off site paint parties in peoples homes, business and even at retirement homes during the day! It keeps me busy and I enjoy EVERY MINUTE of it!
